Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair using POS systems.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately while maintaining efficient serving times.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all beverage preparation areas, adhering to food handling protocols.
- Assist in food service when needed, including serving food at events like banquets or catering functions.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely delivery of drinks and attentive service.
- Support the team during nightclub events or large gatherings by coordinating with other staff members for smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proven skills in POS systems.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling to accurately process transactions.
- Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced hospitality environments requiring excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Prior serving experience at events like catering or large banquets enhances your suitability for this role.
