Line Cooks – Need to be knowledgeable of set-up, execution, and break down of assigned stations. Must have outstanding knowledge of product identification, terminology and a good sense of cooking. Must also possess outstanding knife skills and have a good culinary awareness in all areas – for example, meat temperatures, sauté’, broil, grill, sauce making, soups, etc.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
