**What You’ll Do:**
- Teach technical and tactical skills, team tactics, and the rules of the game
- Emphasize character development and lead with YMCA core values
- Ensure participant safety through proper supervision and adherence to safety guidelines
- Maintain and organize equipment while contributing to a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and fellow staff
**What You’ll Bring:**
- **Age:** 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- A general understanding of sports structure, rules, and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with participants and parents
- Enthusiasm for sports and a commitment to YMCA values
**Certifications Required:**
- New Hire Orientation before your first shift
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days of hire
