About the Role
We're hiring a Campus Refresh Technician to join a collaborative team ensuring uninterrupted service delivery for our clients. In this role, you'll lead a variety of tasks in preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment plants and related facility equipment, while performing interior finish work that keeps spaces looking their best. You'll contribute to high-quality finishes that support both the aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces — and most importantly, help ensure the safety, health, and well-being of yourself and your team.
Pay: $20.00- $25.00 per hour DOEWhat You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment plants and related facilities equipment
- Perform wall and drywall installation and demo
- Replace carpet and VCT flooring
- Install, demo, and reconfigure acoustical ceilings
- Perform painting and woodworking
- Contribute effective solutions to challenges that arise at facilities
- Perform other duties as required
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in construction or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in drywall, wall installation, carpet replacement, acoustical ceiling installation, painting, and woodworking
- Proficiency with construction tools, equipment, and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and finishing work
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in specific trades (e.g., drywall installation, painting, or flooring)
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different project requirements
