FemForce is a woman-owned monthly photoshoot membership serving 500+ female entrepreneurs across 14 U.S. cities. Every month we shoot at stunning local venues and deliver premium content that helps our members show up powerfully online. The work is fast-paced, the locations are beautiful, and the community is incredible.

THE ROLE
You'll shoot our monthly member sessions at curated locations in your city following the FemForce brand structure — a consistent shoot framework that ensures every member walks away with intentional, on-brand content across headshots, lifestyle, and environmental images. Sessions run Tuesday mornings from 10AM–12/1PM with 4–8 entrepreneurs per hour.
We handle the scheduling, logistics, and client communication. You bring the skill, the eye, and the energy.
Important: FemForce photographers shoot primarily in natural light. We deliver galleries unedited — so clean exposure, accurate skin tones, and strong composition straight out of camera are non-negotiable. Your camera settings and light reading need to be on point before the first client steps in front of your lens.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A creative with a Type A edge — you have an artist's eye and an operator's discipline
- Natural light portrait and lifestyle photography skills that speak for themselves
- Highly organized and prepared — you show up with a plan and execute it flawlessly
- Punctual and reliable — our members are counting on you and so are we
- Ability to execute within a defined brand shoot structure consistently
- Clean, well-exposed, skin-tone accurate deliverables straight out of camera
- Professional, warm, and encouraging on-set presence
- Efficient shooter who can direct clients confidently and move through a session with ease
- Experience in branding or headshot photography strongly preferred
