Tugger Operator / Forklift Operator
Location: Marysville, OH
Pay: $21.00/hour + Fast Raises
Shift: 3rd Shift | 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Overtime & Saturdays as needed)
Must be eligible to badge at the Honda plant to be considered for employment

What You'll Do
As a Tugger Operator / Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in supporting production operations by:
- Operating tuggers, sit-down forklifts, and powered industrial vehicles (PIVs)
- Transporting materials safely throughout the facility
- Loading, unloading, and staging parts for production
- Breaking down cardboard and managing recycling operations, including baler operation
- Verifying parts using numbers, labels, and product descriptions
- Stocking production lines and supporting material handling operations
- Assembling crates and properly labeling products
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Following all plant safety policies and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling experience
- Forklift or tugger experience preferred (strong candidates willing to learn will be considered)
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Experience using RF scanners is a plus
- Ability to pass required background and drug screenings
- Must be able to work inside an automotive manufacturing facility

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
