A lead staff, (Lead Home Manager/Residential Manager); shall provide Person-Centered Services through implementation of individual program plans, program policies, and procedures. Direct Care Staff are responsible for assisting persons served in maintaining and\or increasing independence in their home. Services that we provide must be done in a way the person prefers, specifically:

Requirements:

· Valid Ohio driver’s license - less than 6 points.
· Ability to pass a background check
· Responsible work ethic and good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Compassionate and caring.
· CPR & First Aid Certification (We provide all training)
Some of the tasks needed but are not limited to:
- providing personal care
- community activities
- meal preparation
- social/recreational activities
♦ Lead Staff are responsible to assist Home Managers with duties that may include:
o Administrative duties that may include: menu planning, filing, preparing weekend
plans
o On-Call Responsibility when needed: Assisting with any emergencies (staff or
service recipient) answering staff questions and/or filling open shifts when
needed. Review “on-call policy in policy/procedure book.
o The Lead Staff may be asked to temporarily step in to take over supervisor
responsibilities during vacations, sicknesses or leaves.
o Other duties assigned.
