Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM (4x10)

· This role is responsible for setup readiness, workflow coordination, operator training, production execution, continuous improvement, and maintaining an organized, efficient shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead daily 3rd shift production execution.
· Oversee CNC setup readiness including programs, revisions, fixturing, tooling, and materials.
· Coordinate work orders, pick lists, production schedules, and shop priorities.
· Ensure materials, tooling, programs, and documentation are correct for each job.
· Verify completion of daily machine checklists.
· Train CNC operators and setup technicians.
· Support setups, program changes, changeovers, and WIP activities.
· Assist with development and maintenance of work instructions alongside Document Control.
· Maintain strong 5S standards, organization, cleanliness, and tool management.
· Monitor shop systems, computers, and documentation usage.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scrap reduction, quality, and changeover improvements.
· Promote safety awareness and communicate safety expectations across shifts.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 3+ years of CNC Operator experience.
· 3+ years of CNC Setup experience.
· 3+ years’ Manufacturing experience.
· 3+ years’ experience using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment.
· Previous 3rd Shift experience required.
· Must be interested in and committed to working 3rd Shift.
Highly Preferred:
· Experience leading, mentoring, or training machine operators.
· Experience managing work orders, production priorities, and shop workflow.
Reporting Relationship:
· Reports directly to the Machining Supervisor.
