MasTec Advanced Technologies is hiring Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in starting a hands-on career in technology. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training to help you succeed in the role.
Job Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle
- Install, service, and support technology equipment in residential settings
- Provide professional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
- Work independently while managing daily appointments and service tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders (up to 36 feet)
- Comfortable working independently and in different weather conditions
- Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, or extended hours as needed
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Schedule
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Day shift availability
- Overtime and holiday work may be required
