Minimum Qualifications:
A. Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with an Associate’s
Degree; OR
B. At least 60 credit hours of college coursework.
C. Internal candidates must be reachable on the Library Assistant canvas list or already appointed in the
classification to apply.
Work Schedule: A combination of day, evening, and weekend hours up to 28 hours per week is required.
Scheduled hours will include some weekends and weeknights due to the nature of community events and meetings. This
position may include spending a good part of the day out of the office and driving and lifting/transporting materials.
Supervisor: Head of Community Outreach
Salary: $20.41/hr or current salary
