What You’ll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas
- HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Plumbing repairs (toilets, sinks, faucets, drains)
- Electrical work (lighting, switches, outlets, basic wiring)
- Carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs
- Maintain mechanical equipment (pumps, fans, belts, motors)
- Complete make-ready work for apartment turnovers
- Respond to service requests and participate in an on-call rotation
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of residential, multi-family, or commercial maintenance experience
- HVAC, EPA, Electrical, Plumbing, or Pool certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
- Weekend and on-call availability as needed
