GoTime Auto is seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Service-to-Sales Advisor in Lakewood, New Jersey. The Service-to-Sales Advisor acts as a “point guard” by identifying the sales opportunity and passing the lead to the dealership’s sales team. In this role, you’ll work on-site at a partner car dealership, helping customers explore upgrade options using our web-based software.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive with a friendly, professional attitude
- Perform a quick vehicle review by scanning the vehicle VIN and completing a brief visual inspection
- Use GoTime Auto’s web-based software to generate real-time trade-in offers and new lease options
- Print and pass the offer/lead to a dealership sales representative—your job is to set up the assist
- Log all interactions and follow-ups in the system
- Maintain a professional, friendly presence that reflects the GoTime Auto brand
- As needed, follow up with customers who have already expressed interest
- As needed, contact existing dealership customers who identify as "green light" opportunities
- As needed, rotate between local partner dealerships
What We’re Looking For
- Professional, outgoing, approachable personality with great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up
- Comfortable working with computers and web-based tools
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive settings is helpful but not required
What We Offer
- $3,000 per month, paid weekly
- On-site schedule, 4 days per week, Monday–Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- On-site training and ongoing support
- Bonus potential based on performance
