Summary Description

Experience in operating and setting up Production Machinery by completing the process from start to finish.

Experience operating CNC Machine and other in line production machinery including the ability to operate and set up multiple machines: 5 axes saws & Robots & CNC routers.
Working with technical set-ups on machines.
Measure and set up tooling.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
Accurately adjust machine setting(s) to complete tasks according to specifications and in a timely fashion.
Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Machine Operator field.
Set up and calibrate tools from scratch, including drawing profile measuring and calibrating as full 7 tool set.
Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part and sample work pieces.
Maintain specifications by observing feed rates to density of the stone.
Check machinery for cleanliness and proper working order, making minor adjustments as necessary and making appropriate notifications for repair.
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Document actions by completing production and quality logs, explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of countertop industry.
CNC operator or machine operator experience.
Bilingual preferred.
