Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking Night Shift Manufacturing Associates for multiple positions to hire at a manufacturing warehouse located in White! The ideal candidate should be dependable, have reliable transportation, and available to work full time.
Pay Rate: $20.00-25.00/hour

Requirements for Night Shift Manufacturing Associates:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work safely in a cleanroom environment and wear all required PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for up to 12 hours.
- Ability to lift up to/less than 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistency in task execution.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities of Night Shift Manufacturing Associates:
- Operate assigned automated production equipment according to SOPs.
- Monitor equipment alarms, respond appropriately, and escalate issues to the Shift Leader.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and end-of-shift closure activities.
- Perform visual inspection of wafers and production output.
- Conduct manual input/output material handling as needed.
- Maintain accurate MES and Production Order (PO) entries.
- Log consumables removed from inventory and track material usage.
- Handle production by-products, rework, and breakage according to procedures.
- Maintain Work in Process (WIP) accuracy and flow.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas; dispose of waste properly.
- Execute operational instructions delivered by leadership.
- Ensure smooth shift-to-shift handoffs to maintain production continuity.
- Support training of newly hired Operators on standard procedures.
- Communicate equipment, production, or quality issues to the Shift Leader promptly.
- Collaborate with Equipment Technicians, Engineering, and other departments as needed.
- Support emergency response activities (environmental, power, water, fire, or security incidents) when applicable.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
