Requirements:
Current Missouri unencumbered CNA license required.
Previous SNF experience preferred, but not required.
Please note: We do not hire L1MAs.
PRN Shifts to be discussed during in person interview.
Position wage: Depends on experience $18.00/hr.-$20.00/hr.
Assist residents with activities of daily living and essential nursing care.
Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Collaborate closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and resident-centered environment.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused professionals.
Team players who value communication and collaboration.
Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
