Role Overview
The Studio Coordinator serves as the administrative focal point of a School of Rock location, reporting to the General Manager. They are responsible for running the school efficiently, creating a welcoming environment, and supporting both students and parents throughout their musical journey. This role combines customer service, administrative tasks, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Enrollment & Tours: Lead school tours for prospective students and families, pitch the music program, and manage enrollment processes.
- Scheduling & Administration: Handle complex scheduling for lessons, rehearsals, and performances; assist with billing, reporting, and special projects.
- Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet students, answer phones, field inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- School Operations: Open and close the school, maintain adherence to safety policies, and enforce the School of Rock Code of Conduct.
- Collaboration: Work closely with instructors, General Managers, and other staff to support school growth and student success.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically requires two or more years in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required Indeed.
- Skills: Strong multitasking, attention to detail, outgoing and welcoming demeanor, teamwork, and interest in music or working with youth.
