Overview
Hummus Y’all is a growing food business based in the Triangle area, serving fresh, high-quality hummus bowls at local farmers markets and events. We are looking for dependable, energetic team members to join us in multiple roles, including kitchen production, farmers market operations, and business development/sales.
This is a flexible, contract-based (1099) opportunity, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, engaging with customers, and being part of a small, fast-growing food business.

Kitchen Staff
- Assist with food prep, cooking, plating, and cleaning
- Follow recipes and maintain high food quality standards
Farmers Market Operators (Saturdays)
- Transport food and equipment to/from markets
- Set up and break down booth
- Sell and interact with customers
Sales / Business Development Representatives
- Identify new sales opportunities (cafés, events, catering, wholesale)
- Build relationships with potential partners
- Help grow brand presence in the community
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to ~40 lbs)
- Strong work ethic and reliability (this is critical)
- Prior food or sales experience is a plus (not required)
