A well-established Overland Park company is looking for a Receptionist with outstanding customer service and communication skills to add to its team.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Office Admin will include:
- Manage front desk and lobby area of office
- Answer phone and greet clients
- Book and manage appointments
- Manage office supply orders and deliveries
- Process outgoing and incoming mail
- Assist with marketing list, emails, and social media
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of office experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
