Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor patios
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain a pristine appearance
- Dust surfaces, clean surfaces thoroughly, and maintain furniture and fixtures in excellent condition
- Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy items or moving furniture during deep cleans
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer serviceskills.
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and outdoor work experience is highly desirable
- Ability to implement cleaning procedures adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Effective client communication skills to understand preferences and ensure satisfaction
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling ans standing for extended periods.
