What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of dental treatment coordinating experience
- Strong understanding of PPO insurance, breakdowns, and estimates
- Experience verifying insurance and submitting claims
- Comfortable discussing finances and payment options
- Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
- Organized, proactive, and confident communicator
