Responsibilities of a Verizon Account Associate:
- As a Verizon Account Associate, you will manage client accounts to ensure all services are set up correctly and running smoothly.
- The Verizon Account Associate assists businesses in selecting the right Verizon connectivity solutions to meet their needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients as a Verizon Account Associate, providing ongoing customer support and guidance.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and account updates to ensure seamless customer service.
- The Verizon Account Associate helps identify opportunities to expand services and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service delivery, solve problems, and share best customer service practices.
- Continuously learn about Verizon, and other business technology solutions to provide expert recommendations as a Verizon Account Associate.
What We’re Looking For in a Verizon Account Associate:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks efficiently..
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and contributes to overall team success.
- Adaptable and resourceful, able to handle challenges and find practical solutions quickly.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic, maintaining reliability and integrity in all interactions.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
