Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of store management, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Manage employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and marketing efforts to maximize sales.
- Supervise inventory management processes such as purchasing, stock replenishment, inventory control, and shrink reduction.
- Handle shift management responsibilities including scheduling, cashiering duties, customer service issues, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain organizational standards by ensuring store cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to company policies.
- Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors and team members across multilingual or bilingual environments.
- Support budgeting efforts and manage retail math to meet financial goals while fostering a customer-centric shopping experience.
