Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the property and detect potential threats or suspicious behavior.
- Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills.
- Perform regular patrols of the premises to identify vulnerabilities, ensure perimeter integrity, and prevent loss or theft.
- Administer first aid or CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until emergency services arrive.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong discipline and situational awareness.
- Valid firearm license and certification to carry an armed weapon during duty hours.
- Knowledge of CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to respond effectively during medical emergencies.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with security protocols, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response plans.
