OBJECTIVE
Provide supervisory management for the In-Home department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
1. Provide the daily supervisory management of the program's operations including planning, marketing, organizing, evaluating, and improving service and personnel.
2. Monitor the safety, development and orientation of all program personnel and members.
3. Attend member PCPS meetings, develop appropriate member PCPS goals and assure they are carried out.
4. Documenting that the program follows state rules and guidelines.
5. Maintain member/staff files and records
6. Assist on-boarding of new hires and members
7. Conducts supervisory visits within specified timelines as assigned.
8. Maintains required documentation/certification for trainings provided
9. Maintain a positive rapport with parents, guardians, support coordinator and all Gompers’ staff.
10. Assist with any payroll/billing duties.
11. Overseeing state mandated E.V.V (Electronic Visit Verification)
12. Ability to clearly communicate in both languages, English & Spanish
13. Complete any special assignment given by In-Home Director, VP, and President/CEO.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise In-Home Providers
AUTHORITY
1. Implement, coordinate and evaluate all program activities according to Gompers' policies, budget and management directives.
2. Initiate and be responsive in situations requiring disciplinary action. This shall include the authority to settle grievances, resolve disputes and issue oral or written warnings. Also, make effective recommendations as to the continued employment of any employee he/she supervises.
3. Establish the work assignments and work schedule for all employees supervised and make adjustments in that schedule due to variations in the workload, absences of scheduled employees and other emergency situations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in related field and three (3) years of experience preferred; or any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by the President/CEO. Supervisory experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to clearly communicate instructions to staff.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic calculations.
REASONING ABILITY
Able to reason through issues with staff and members and determine appropriate course of action.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
1. CPR, First Aid, Article 9 and Prevention and Support Training. If you do not hold these certifications, Gompers will provide training.
2. A valid Arizona Driver License and a clear 39-month Arizona Motor Vehicle Report Required.
3. Fingerprint Clearance Card.
