Join our small team as a Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining spotless, safe, and welcoming environments for our residential clients within the Upper Valley + Lake Sunapee area.
As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services that meet high standards of hygiene and appearance, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety at all times.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and scrubbing to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that we meet our clients' expectations.
Requirements
- Applicant must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
- Experience is preferred but not required. On-site training will be provided and compensated.
- Weekday availability required (9:00 AM–4:00 PM). Occasional Saturday availability preferred. No nights, no holidays.
- Dependable smartphone with internet access, as we use a mobile app for scheduling, time tracking, client information, navigation, and team communication.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You will be responsible for driving from client to client and compensated for your travel time between scheduled appointments.
- Physically capable of manual labor and standing for extended periods during shifts.
- A strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
