Immediate opening for full-time experienced Property Manager for a luxury townhome community in Mesa near Power Rd & Main St. This property is a beautiful new build in the final stages of construction. It will need to be fully leased, so we need someone who is very strong in leasing. This is a salaried position ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience. Expected hours are Monday-Saturday, approximately 40 hours per week. This position is eligible for leasing bonuses, PTO, & holiday pay.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
** Handle all details of Move-Ins/Move-Outs, giving special attention to apartment inspections.
** Maintain resident records in AppFolio, including entering lease & payment information.
** Make bank deposits using a check scanner, maintain petty cash records.
** Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts in a timely basis, including evictions.
** Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
** Handle lease negotiations and renewals, show apartments to perspective residents.
** Work with maintenance team on make ready process, work orders, maintaining curb appeal, etc.
** Maintain resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
** Computer Skills -- Experience with MS Office Applications and AppFolio or similar software.
** Basic Math skills -- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compare rate/ratio/percentages & interpret basic graphs. All applicants are required to take a written math/logic test when interviewed.
** Reasoning Skills -- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions with commonsense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve variables in situations.
** Minimum 10 years experience managing a 100+ unit property
