WarCollar is seeking a Level 3 Digital Network Exploitation Analysts (DNEAs) of all skill levels for a variety of roles to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. Duties
- Evaluate target opportunities using all-source intelligence to understand and map target networks, while assisting in the development of detailed exploitation and operational plans.
- Analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data across multiple layers of the OSI network stack, leveraging a strong understanding of logical and physical IP core infrastructure, communication devices, network connectivity, and traffic flow patterns.
- Develop and refine new tradecraft and analytical methodologies to address evolving technologies and emerging mission requirements.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside government, military, and contractor personnel to build a shared understanding of intelligence requirements, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
- Apply strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity to formulate hypotheses, assess and select appropriate analytical techniques, and query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to generate actionable insights.
- Distill, document, contextualize, and communicate findings—including newly developed tradecraft—to teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
Experience
- Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development/analysis roles.
- In addition, it may also include engineering hardware and/or software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration.
Clearance:
- Candidates must be United States citizens and hold an active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), and have a positively adjudicated polygraph to be considered for this position.
