We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, mold, and storm damage.
This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who can effectively manage subcontractors, communicate with homeowners, solve problems quickly, and ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Oversee 5–8 reconstruction projects simultaneously.
- Visit active job sites daily to monitor progress and quality.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Communicate regularly with homeowners, keeping them informed throughout the restoration process.
- Identify and resolve job site issues before they become delays.
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards and safety requirements.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates.
What We're Looking For
- Previous construction supervision or project management experience.
- Restoration industry experience (fire, water, mold, or insurance reconstruction) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project schedules.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
