We do not pay by the hour! Are you capped at what you can earn? Here at Universal Pest & Termite we use a draw vs commission. Ex: We pay $750 per week draw at 4 weeks = $3000. Your production for the month = $4800. You will then recieve a commission amount of $1,800 on the 15th of next month! We pay for service/production, sales referrals and full sales commissions.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team at Universal Pest & Termite. This role will involve providing exceptional pest control services to our customers in the Chesapeake and Virginia Beach areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pest and termite control treatments in residential and commercial properties
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and effective pest-free environment
- Maintain detailed records of service visits
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pest control. At least one year experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license. Acceptable DMV Report Must Be Provided Upon Interview
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
