Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Columbus, Mississippi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Stop Looking for Another Receptionist Job. Start Building a Career That Helps People Change Their Lives.
Most front desk positions are about answering phones, checking patients in, and scheduling appointments.
This isn’t one of them.
At FLEXX, the Front Desk Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of the clinic.
You are the first person every patient meets and often the last person they see before leaving. The way you communicate, solve problems, and keep the clinic running directly influences every patient’s experience and every provider’s ability to deliver exceptional care.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing order to busy days, and genuinely cares about helping people succeed.
If you’re looking for a position where you can make a meaningful impact while growing professionally, we’d love to meet you.
