Pay: Starting at $19.35/hour (higher rates possible based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible evenings & weekends (possibly every weekend), 30-40 hours per week

This is a long-term position, not seasonal or temporary. We’re seeking dependable team members who want to grow with us while helping others thrive.
Support individuals with IDD as they learn job tasks and adjust to workplace expectations
Teach essential skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork
Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job site supervisors
Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and support
Compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed
18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years (permit time excluded)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support as needed
Available to attend paid New Hire Training (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) 2 weeks

DSP Certification Bonus Program: Earn $1,500–$2,000 per certification level in your first year, with the potential to earn up to $5,250 if multiple levels are completed. Maintain certifications to continue earning annual bonuses.
