Position Overview
We are seeking licensed or pre‑licensed mental health clinicians to provide therapy, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults. This role is ideal for clinicians who want flexibility, strong administrative support, and a positive team culture.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants with any of the following Maryland credentials:
- LGPC / LCPC
- LMSW / LCSW‑C
- LMFT
- Psychologist (PhD / PsyD)
- LGMFT / LGADC / LCADC
- Graduate‑level interns or supervised clinicians
- Bilingual clinicians (Spanish, French, Amharic, Mandarin, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Maintain compliance with OMHC standards
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and multidisciplinary team
- Participate in trainings and case consultations
- Optional: Telehealth and hybrid scheduling available
