We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Dumpster Delivery Driver who takes pride in doing quality work and wants to become an important part of a growing team. If you show up ready to work, communicate well, take direction, and are willing to learn, we’re willing to train you.
Previous driving, waste-industry, dumpster/roll-off, and CDL experience are all welcome, but not required. The right attitude, strong work ethic, and dependability matter most.

What You’ll Do
● Safely deliver, swap, and pick up dumpsters along assigned routes
● Operate company vehicles in residential, commercial, and job-site environments
● Maneuver in and out of the truck throughout the workday
● Inspect and level loads as necessary
● Tarp and secure loads when required
● Use a mobile application to access and complete daily routes
● Take clear photos and accurately document deliveries, pickups, and container placement
● Follow dispatch instructions and communicate effectively with the office and other team members
● Provide professional, courteous service to customers
● Follow company procedures and safety requirements
● Learn how your work as a driver supports dispatch, operations, customers, and the overall success of 86 Dumpster
What We’re Looking For
● Valid driver’s license
● Clean driving record
● Dependable attendance and punctuality
● Ability to follow directions and work independently
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
● Strong communication skills
● Team-player mentality
● Comfort using a smartphone and learning routing and documentation applications
● Ability to meet customer and job-site clearance requirements when applicable
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Ability to repeatedly and safely enter and exit the truck throughout the workday
● Willingness to participate in a Saturday rotation
Commercial driving experience is preferred, but not required. A Class B CDL is a plus, but not required. Waste-industry, dumpster, or roll-off experience is also helpful, but not required.
Training and Growth
You do not need to know everything on day one. We’ll provide training on our routes, equipment, safety procedures, technology, and customer-service expectations.
As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, communication, and initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the operation and take on additional responsibility. We’re looking for someone who wants more than a job driving a truck—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and become a valuable part of the team.

Compensation
Pay is based on experience.
Compensation will be determined based on previous driving experience, waste-industry experience, CDL qualifications if applicable, and overall experience.
