About the role
Apex Apartments is a newly remodeled multifamily community — all 110 units have just been fully renovated — and we're in a complete lease-up. We're hiring an experienced Leasing Agent to help fill the community. This is a high-energy, results-driven role for a closer who thrives on converting traffic into signed leases and driving occupancy fast.
Location: Apex Apartments — [5320 E Rosedale, FT.Worth, TX]
What you'll do
- Work leads and walk-in traffic to convert tours into signed leases
- Drive occupancy during a full lease-up of 110 newly remodeled units
- Conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and close
- Handle applications, screening, and lease paperwork
- Support marketing and outreach to keep the leasing funnel full
- Deliver an excellent prospect and resident experience
What we're looking for
- Leasing experience is required — prior multifamily/apartment leasing experience is a must
- Proven ability to close and hit leasing goals
- Lease-up experience a strong plus
- Energetic, personable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working on-site and hands-on with prospects
- Familiarity with property management software (ResMan a plus)
Compensation
- $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
- Plus leasing bonus per signed lease
- Full-time, on-site at Apex
