About UES Solutions
UES Solutions is a growing, multi-service home improvement company serving homeowners across the affluent North Houston corridor. We deliver three core services — professional painting, custom cedar fencing, and trusted handyman work — with a reputation built on quality, reliability, and taking care of our clients the right way. We're expanding our sales team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
The Role
This is a true outside sales position. You'll be in the field meeting homeowners, walking their properties, scoping projects, and building relationships that turn into repeat business and referrals. You won't be handed a list of warm leads and told to dial — we're looking for a self-starter who knows how to build their own pipeline through networking, community presence, and referral partners (BNI, real estate agents, neighborhood relationships). The leads you generate are yours to close, and your earnings grow with them.
What You'll Do
- Generate your own opportunities through networking groups, realtor relationships, and community involvement
- Meet homeowners on-site to understand their needs and scope painting, fence, and handyman projects
- Prepare clear, professional estimates and proposals
- Follow up consistently and close deals
- Maintain your pipeline and customer records in our CRM (Jobber)
- Represent the UES brand professionally in upscale residential settings
- Partner with our operations team for a smooth hand-off from sold job to completed work
What We're Looking For
- A relationship-driven self-starter who's comfortable generating their own business
- Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, real estate, or B2C field sales is a strong plus
- Confidence and professionalism working in high-end residential neighborhoods
- Strong communication and follow-through — you do what you say you'll do
- Comfortable with technology (CRM, email, mobile estimating tools)
- Reliable vehicle and valid Texas driver's license
- A network in the North Houston area, or the hustle to build one fast
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary for stability, plus commission on every job you close — uncapped earning potential
- On-Target Earnings of $55,000–$85,000/year, with top performers earning more
- Company-paid networking membership (BNI or equivalent) to help you build your book of business
- Mileage reimbursement for field travel
