Compensation:
$15/hour plus tips. Tips are based on a point system to be discussed during the initial phone interview. Eligible for a 60 day review/hourly increase.
Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and passionate Bartender to join our team. This is not your typical bar role – our bartenders are integral to the dining experience, providing exceptional service and expertise in craft cocktails, wine, and beer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and care
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and pairings for guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
