What You'll Do
- Assist customers with insurance policies and payments
- Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow up on quotes, renewals, and policy changes
- Help identify customers' insurance needs
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Conduct vehicle inspections and take vehicle photos
- Support local marketing and business development efforts
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to meet State Licensing Requirements
