About the Job
Mollytea is hiring approximately 30 team members for our new Westfield Southcenter store. We are looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare milk tea, fruit tea, and other beverages
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Provide friendly customer service
- Prepare ingredients and restock supplies
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Shift Leads will supervise shifts, train employees, and support daily store operations
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred
- Previous bubble tea, café, restaurant, or retail experience is preferred
- Leadership experience is preferred for Shift Lead applicants
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card

Pay
- Tea Barista: $22 per hour, plus tips
- Shift Lead: $26 per hour, plus tips
