Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire and Lube Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure our customers’ vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and care
- Conduct oil changes using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring proper disposal of used fluids
- Assist with vehicle alignments and suspension inspections to optimize handling and safety
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance tasks efficiently
- Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic equipment and mechanical knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate
- Assist with vehicle inspections, fluid top-offs, brake checks, and other preventive maintenance tasks
Skills
- Dealership experience or prior automotive service background is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Experience with tire service including mounting, balancing, and repair techniques
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, alignments, and general repairs
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Familiarity with automotive service processes, heavy lifting requirements, and sales support is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
