Glass Installer / Glazier – Full-Time | Charlotte, NC *$22–$32/hr (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and replace glass in residential and commercial settings — shower enclosures, windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and custom pieces
- Measure and cut glass accurately to fit specifications
- Prep openings and frames as needed, including basic carpentry work
- Read and follow blueprints and work orders
- Ensure every job meets safety standards and building codes
- Keep your worksite, vehicle, and tools clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding timelines, care instructions, and job updates
What You Bring
- Proven experience in glass handling, fabrication, and installation — this is a hard requirement
- Confidence with tools: tape measure, glass cutters, power tools, laser levels
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and be on your feet throughout the workday
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude
- Clear communication skills with both your team and clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Willingness to mentor and teach trade skills to others
- Basic carpentry experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
