Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed mental health professionals in Illinois, including LPCs, LCPCs, LSWs, LCSWs, LMFTs, PsyDs, and PhDs.
We are especially interested in clinicians who:

- Have an established area of specialization or are excited to develop a clinical niche
We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience or interest in working with couples, children, and families, as well as clinicians with specialized training or expertise in areas such as trauma and EMDR, ERP, perinatal mental health, neurodiversity and ADHD, sex therapy, eating disorders and body image, grief, chronic illness, or other focused areas of clinical practice.

At Padera, clinicians can focus on the work they were trained to do: providing excellent therapy. Our administrative team supports the operational side of practice so clinicians are not left managing billing, insurance verification, marketing, and practice-building alone.
