Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property to ensure safe and efficient operations. Works with the engineering team to resolve issues and support guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Assist in troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems.

Maintain tools and inventory in good condition.

Ensure safety and compliance with company and OSHA standards.

Support special projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance required.

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Availability for on-call rotation, weekends, and holidays.
