We are seeking a reliable, motivated Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations and ensure the safe transport of our team and equipment. In this role, you will balance on-site leadership with driving responsibilities, serving as the primary point of contact between management and your crew.
Job Details
- Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
- Standard Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Daily Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Guide, motivate, and manage the daily productivity of the field crew.
- Safe Driving: Transport personnel, tools, and materials to and from job sites securely.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip inspections and keep the company vehicle clean.
Core Qualifications
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years leading a team or crew in the field.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills to direct a team and update management.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
