HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries. The Product Development and Deployment Specialist supports the execution, coordination, and rollout of new and existing products from development through deployment.
This role is highly cross-functional and execution-focused, working closely with product, operations, marketing, supply chain, and external partners to ensure products are developed accurately, launched on time, and deployed smoothly across channels. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Support the development of new products by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs

Track product requirements, specifications, and changes throughout the development lifecycle

Assist with formulation, packaging, labeling, or component coordination as applicable

Maintain documentation related to product development, approvals, and version control

Coordinate product deployment activities across operations, marketing, sales, and fulfillment teams

Support launch readiness by ensuring internal teams have required information, assets, and timelines

Assist with rollout plans for new SKUs, line extensions, or product updates

Track launch milestones and flag risks or delays proactively

Serve as a liaison between product development, operations, supply chain, marketing, and external vendors

Ensure alignment between product timelines and operational capabilities

Support communication and handoffs between teams to reduce friction during launches

Maintain product trackers, timelines, and status reports
-
Ensure product-related data is accurate and up to date across systems and documentation

Provide regular updates on product progress, launch status, and deployment readiness
-
Identify opportunities to improve product development and deployment workflows
-
Assist with documenting SOPs and best practices related to product lifecycle management
-
Support tools, systems, or process improvements that improve speed and accuracy

3–5 years of experience in product operations, product development support, or deployment/launch coordination

Experience working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

High attention to detail and strong follow-through

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Experience in CPG, cannabis, hemp, wellness, or other regulated industries

Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools, trackers, or project management systems

Experience supporting product launches across multiple channels

Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 annually
Placement within the range is based on experience, scope of product lifecycle ownership, and ability to independently support product development and deployment activities.
