Requirements:

5 Years HVAC Experience Minimum
-
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
-
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Valid HVAC certification or license (preferred)
-
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
-
Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Requirements:
Responsibilities:

Install, rebuild, replace, or repair AC units, fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary

Prepare work area and clear work area of job-related debris upon completion
-
Perform routine maintenance
-
Maintain record of materials utilized
-
Maintain records of labor and time
-
Create estimates
-
Answer questions from office necessary for estimates, invoicing, or other clerical needs
-
Submit job-related completion paperwork/information
-
Comply with processes and procedures
-
Adhere to all safety and quality codes/standards

Excellent customer service
