About the Role:
Pizza J in Providence, RI is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team! You'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and our guests happy. If you love a fast-paced environment and take pride in a clean, efficient workspace, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout each shift
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies for kitchen staff
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors
- Assist with basic food prep and kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — we're happy to train the right person
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
