Chosen for Greatness Ministries is launching a new mental health agency dedicated to accessible, compassionate, and community‑centered care. We are seeking a Director of Mental Health Services who is ready to help build this program from the ground up, lead clinical operations, and shape a service model that reflects excellence, integrity, and purpose.
About the Role
The Director of Mental Health Services will serve as the clinical and operational leader of the agency. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who thrives in startup environments, enjoys program development, and is passionate about expanding mental health access in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical leadership — Oversee all therapeutic services, supervise clinicians, and ensure high‑quality care
- Program development — Design and implement clinical programs, workflows, and service models
- Compliance oversight — Ensure adherence to state regulations, documentation standards, and ethical guidelines
- Team building — Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff as the agency grows
- Community engagement — Build partnerships with community organizations, ministry leaders, and referral sources
- Strategic planning — Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long‑term vision and growth
Qualifications
- Active NYS license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent
- Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of mental health regulations and best practices
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a startup environment
