About the Opportunity
American Green Spring Diagnostics Inc. (AGSD) is rapidly expanding its mobile drug testing and occupational health division across Southern California. We are currently seeking reliable, experienced Per Diem Mobile Drug Screening Collectors to service our growing roster of corporate, municipal, and logistics clients.
Do you already operate your own mobile specimen collection business? We welcome independent contractors looking to fill gaps in their schedule, expand their route density, and partner with a well-established diagnostics company. You manage your own schedule, and we provide the dispatch opportunities!
What You Will Do
As a Per Diem Mobile Collector, you will be dispatched to client sites (corporate offices, warehouses, post-accident locations) to perform professional and compliant drug and alcohol testing.
- Travel to designated client locations within your preferred geographic coverage area (LA, OC, or the Inland Empire).
- Perform DOT and Non-DOT urine specimen collections, saliva swabs, and/or breath alcohol tests.
- Strictly adhere to Chain of Custody (CCF) protocols and federal/state compliance standards.
- Ensure donor privacy, maintain a sterile collection environment, and deliver exceptional customer service to our corporate clients.
- Prepare and ship specimens to designated laboratories via FedEx/UPS or local drop-offs.
- Submit timely and accurate digital reporting for all completed collections.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in mobile specimen collection, occupational health, or drug screening is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Active certification as a DOT Urine Specimen Collector and/or Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) is a massive plus (but we can discuss certification pathways for the right partners).
- Transportation: Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid California Driver’s License, and active auto insurance.
- Equipment: Must have access to a smartphone/tablet for logging collections and communication, as well as the ability to print CCF forms when necessary.
- Attention to Detail: Zero-tolerance for errors on Chain of Custody forms; you must be meticulous with paperwork.
- Professionalism: You will be representing our brand on-site at major corporations; a professional demeanor and appearance are required.
