Key Responsibilities
- Greet & assist customers in-person, phone, email, drive-thru
- Identify needs & recommend financial solutions
- Educate customers on products & services
- Process transactions accurately & efficiently
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations
- Balance drawers, ATMs, vaults & manage supplies
- Prepare professional documents & resolve corrections
- Efficiently use multiple computer applications.
- Support other branches when needed
