Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood development and infant care principles
- Provide attentive caregiving, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and supervising infants throughout the day
- Foster a safe and clean classroom environment by maintaining proper hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Engage infants in sensory activities, tummy time, music, and play to promote physical and cognitive development
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while ensuring a nurturing atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning
Experience
- Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, or nannying settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development stages specific to infants and toddlers
- Experience in classroom management within early childhood education environments
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as special education or working with individuals with disabilities are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children who have diverse needs or disabilities
